I requested a book & the sender sent it using D/C (yeah!!) from California & it hit Bell, CA, (actually at Bell Gardens) 11 days ago & hasn't been scanned since... and it hasn't shown up either! Total & complete silence!

Has anyone else had a book stuck at Bell this long before? Is there any hope that the book will show up? or should I re-request it. (it is for a summer reading assignment for school - not my reading assignment)  The "lost date" is Aug 6.

The fact that it hasn't been scanned again doesn't mean it's still there.  Could very well be on a truck somewhere.

Good to hear your book is still enroute.  But yes, Bell does not have a reputation for the most efficient mail sorting facility.
