There are several books on my shelf that I have read for my book discussion group and would make an excellent read for the next meeting of your book club! I highly recommend:
My Friend Leonard; The Memory Keeper's Daughter; The World According to Garp; and Saving Fish from Drowning
There is no shortage of discussion topics in any of these books; the characters are rich and interesting and the issues addressed are great for initiating conversations!
If you're looking for a light read to snugggle up with on a winter afternoon, I recommend:
The Loop (set in a wintry scene!); The Rescue; In Her Shoes; The Pact; Angels & Demons (a little winter adventure!); and Alternatives to Sex (about finding love and real estate...it's almost selling season again in the real estate world!).
All books on my shelf are in like-new condition (with the exception of The Memory Keeper's Daughter, which has a little wear from several reads)!
