This book is one of the series of My Book of Devotions. They are all short, well organized devotional books that cover 31 lessons. Each daily lesson is 2 pages (front & back). Each lesson consists of a scripture verse, the story/lesson itself, "big ideas for kids", (encourages kids to work on self-control issues independantly), "big ideas for parents" (gives parents ideas about how to help their child practice self-control), and finally each lesson lists a prayer for the day focusing on that day's lesson.
