Ok so I have had a book on my wish list FOREVER and I was finally number 1!  Today I logged into my account to see if it was available yet and now it is GONE from my list completely and I did NOT remove it!  I am soooooooooooo pissed!  Any thoughts?

First, sort your Wish List by Title and double check that it's really gone.

Second, check your My Account page. Maybe it's been offered to you but the email didn't reach you for some reason.

Third, check your Transaction Archive. Maybe it was offered to you in the past few days and you missed the offer.

After you've looked in these places, if you still haven't found it, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page to ask the PBS Team to investigate.
