Sometimes Publishers re-use ISBNs so they dont have to spring for a new one. You can check on another site, such as amazon or the publisher's site and see if that is the case. If the ISBN is also used for Silver Thunder then you will have to post your book as if it does not have an ISBN.

If it's just a problem with the wrong image being attached to the listing, you can upload the right image using the Upload Book Covers link at the bottom of the screen.
