I want to remove one of my booklists.  I tried going to edit and clicking the x next to the book but nothing happens.  I've tried to do it at least a half a dozen times in the past week.  What am I doing wrong?

I found these instructions:

How do I delete a whole list?

  • If you are the list creator, you can click the title of the list to go to that list's Details page.
  • Click the delete button near the top-right of the list.

There is no delete button.

Using the List Maker to Edit your List

Make changes to your existing List Name, Type and Description on the left, then click the "Change List" button. If you only want to edit the books on this list, click the "Change List" button without editing any of the other information on this page.

What Name would you like to give your list?

What Type of list should this be?

Adrienne, I have been meaning to do this with a list, also.  When you pull up your list, the delete button appears as a blue rectangle way up top , far right, kind of under the Members Online and Search buttons.  Bring up your list from the My Account area.

You have to  open the list then the delete button shows up as Lori stated. I just deleted one of my lists last night.

No blue rectangle that says delete.  I have the amazon, twitter and fb buttons.

Figured out the problem.   Since in my efforts to delete the list I deleted the title of the list, it wasn't bringing me to the correct page.  As soon as I put a title on it , and clicked on it, it brought me to the correct page that did, indeed, have a delete list button.

Thanks all for the help.
