I received a request for a book. I sent it out and marked it shipped within a day of the request. It has been in my "books I've mailed" list since 10/18. When I logged in today I noticed that it is no longer listed there. It has been canceled as of 11/13. How can they cancel a request that has already been sent out? It is marked as "cancelled" in the transaction archive. That is different then being marked as lost, right? I have not yet contacted the requester. I'm not really sure what to do. Any help or advice you could give would be great. |

Weird. If it's lost it has a question mark next to it instead of an X in the Transaction Archive. If it's marked as canceled, I think I would contact TPTB using the "Contact Us" link in the bottom right hand corner of every page to see what they say. The sender can't cancel a transaction after the wrapper is printed, so I doubt they'll know. I'm thinking it just went lost since 10/18 to 11/13 is 26 days. Did you look in the transaction archive to see what it lists? |

Thanks guys. It does have the ? in the box on the left instead of the X. But when I look under "request details" it says this...
I guess I'm just confused by the last line where it says "Date Cancelled." So is this one just considered lost? |

I think the "date canceled" thing under request details is just the standard phrase they use no matter if it went lost or not. |

If you move your mouse over the "?" in the transaction archive, it will say "lost in the mail" although it does show up under "Details" as cancelled. |

Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate it. I'll consider it lost for now and hope that it turns up. I just got freaked out by it saying "cancelled". Thanks again! :) |
