I was offering a deal today in book bazaar and had someone request three deals.  She was able to get two books ordered but the third one kept rolling over to someone elses shelf.   She said she canceled it and tried again and it did the same thing.  She ended up buddying me the credit for that book. I suggested she report this to PBS.  But I am curious about how this could happen?  And wondering if  I'm  missing orders if this is happening to other request also.

Is she using the Order More From Member button? That is the best way to ensure that the order goes to you.

Otherwise I would have to guess that she is doing something wrong like not hitting the Order This Book from your main bookshelf page, but is either clicking into the book details or using the yellow pop-up window.
