Oops, I was posting books and I hit the button twice on one of my books because the screen was taking a while to refresh. Now it is listed twice on my bookshelf (which I thought was impossible) and both entries are pending someones wishlist. What is the best way to handle this. I don't want anyone to get bumped out of line on the wishlist. |

I was looking at the books posted today and saw several copies of the same books posted. I decided just to click the order button on 2 of the 4 same titles and found out it was the same person. I believe something is wrong with the site but not sure it's the same problem you are having? |

Yes, it sounds like my issue. I posted it once, but it showed up twice. The person who wants the both "copies" is the same person, so this should be OK. I was worried at first it might be two different people. |

I would think you would just hit yes for shipping the first one and then cancel the 2nd one right? |

Yes, that sounds like the best way. I will do that once its officially requested. Thanks |

How can the same person have a WL for the same book? Any time I have tried to add a WL book that is already on my WL the system tells me I can't cause it's already there. (Not that I do it on purpose, sometimes I forget and I'm too lazy to check first) |

It turns out that the second "copy" changed to another person, so I had to cancel that one. I feel so bad about the second person. I offered then a freebie from my shelf. |

This happened to me once, only the book was on hold for two different people. R&R said to just cancel the 2nd order once it was accepted and explain what happened. |
