Ordered a book, sender took to long to accept, software cancelled transaction, sender sends book.  I received the book, would like to compensate with a credit, cannot find sender using search tools.
Any advice on finding this member so I can send along a credit?

Go to "My Account" "Transaction Archive" and find the book there. You should also see a way to mark the book received on the right side.

When you do a credit will be taken from your account and given to the sender.

If the above doesn't work, you can do the Send a credit to a Friend option.

You want to use the Transaction Archive for record keeping reasons, not the Send credit. This way PBS has the record archived. Gift credits do not archive.

That said? Do double check that the book is off your wish list.
