Hi! I received a book that I had requested last week. I went to my account to check it in and it's missing. What can I do?
Check your Transaction archive. Also check that you don't have a second copy of the book en route to you. (Of course if you said it is missing then you probably don't)
Maybe the member that mailed the book to you forgot to mark that they sent it and the transaction got cancelled?
If the book is in the Transaction archive and it did get cancelled then you can figure out who sent you the book and give them a credit for it. If the book took forever for you to get it and the book went lost, you can also say you received the book from the Transaction artchive and get a credit to the other member.
This will subtract a credit from your account when you do this since you can't find the active transaction.
