wrong address.... I had to pay postage due.... How do I proceed?

Have you PM'ed the member to find out why the address they gave is obviously wrong? Or, perhaps their mailman was having a bad day....

Try looking at their profile (if they have one) and see if it mentions anything about recently moving.

Ok I PMed them... They6 said yes they had moved and didnt bother to change their address....

SO what do I do..... I dont really feel like spending another 2.13.... I am very annoyed. I dont feel he was very apologetic at all........

 

He still has not changed his address.......

I would alert R&R and maybe they can suspend the account until the address is changed. Otherwise all books sent will be returned. I also think they (the requester) owe you back a credit for having to pay postage twice. I wouldn't remail it unless I got 2 credits actually because then you will have paid postage 3 times. Not fair at all.

I completely agree with Charlie. You payed postage to mail it the first time and paid the return postage to get it back. If he wants you to mail the book again he either needs to pay you for the postage or give you an extra credit. I really don't understand WHY someone would move order a book and not think to update their address.

And please keep us posted.  I'm curious about what they say.  Unfortunately, media mail will not get forwarded by the post office if someone moves.  That's why you'd have to pay twice.
