The book was sent about 3 weeks ago and I sent the lady a pm today about it to see if she had gotten it.  Then I went to check her account and it said she's no longer a registered user.  Why would this be?  Did she leave the site herself?

Is there anything I can do about this?  I'm assuming she just gets to keep my book and I don't get the credit.

Look at the System Action date on the request. On that day, the system will mark your book received or lost. It will be received if the other member hasn't logged in for at least 5 days, and it will be lost if she's a member in good standing and really hasn't gotten your book.

If you believe she is no longer a member and your book gets marked lost, then you should send in feedback, but wait for the system to take care of things first.

Oh great, thanks!  I didn't realize that if the memeber hadn't logged on for 5 days, it would mark the book as received.  That makes me feel better.  If the book is lost, that's one thing but if the book was received by the person, it isn't fair not to get the credit.
