I saw a book at the FOL kiosk today.  I meant to write the name down when I got to the car but I forgot and now I'm blanking out on the name and the author. I think it was a newer author-new to me anyway.  It was romantic suspense.  I wanted to add it to my RL here.

Here's the Plot summery:  I remember the heroine's name was Taylor. She's on vacation with her brother in the Amazon (or somewhere similar)  when he goes missing.  Brother's name is Terry.   The hero is an ex-military man who helps her hunt for her brother.  If I remember right on the cover is a blond woman in the forefront and I think a man in the background.  She's kind of turning on the cover-again if my memory is right.

Sound familiar to anyone?  I'll check the library again when I return my CDS but it might not be there anymore.

That's it! I'm going to add it my RL.  Or if it's WL maybe I'll go back and buy it today and return the CDS I downloaded to my IPOD.  There was another book there I was interested in and I found it on here as a WL book.

Our library has a little shelf set up by the FOL.  They have a big box with a slot in the top for people to drop books into to donate.  Then they price them and put them on the shelf. There's a lock box with a little slit in it to put your money in if you buy a book.  They're not super cheap bargains ($3 for a tradesize or hardback and $1 for paperbacks). But I've found several books there with long WL lines and have gotten them just to help support the library. They even have a locked clear case for really valuable books.  Right now I think there's a set of really, really old Mark Twain books in there but I didn't really pay attention to it yesterday.

Last week I found The Damsel in This Dress by Marianne Stillings for $1.  This a library book I had read and loved. So I bought it to keep.

Mary - just in case you didn't look, Angela M actually has it on her bookshelf and she's offering 2-for-1, so ya better grab it from her before I do!!

(sorta kidding - I have way too many on my TBR as well as my Gonna-Get-Next list but it is tempting!!)
