Speaking of Women's Health is honored to have three extraordinary celebrities who help us extend the reach of our mission to millions of women across America. Florence Henderson, Valerie Simpson and Mary Wilson are all women who are committed to improving the lives of women and their families. Florence Henderson became the Speaking of Women's Health Honorary Chair in 2000. Both Valerie Simpson and Mary Wilson joined shortly thereafter, as spokespersons for Universal Sisters, our Minority Health Initiative, educating women of color on the significance of preventative health care. Thanks to these terrific women for all they are doing!
