I'm wondering what you guys think:
I have a like-new copy of a Pollyanna paperback (ISBN 0694015881) to post. The PBS listing, however, says that the book should come with a charm. My copy didn't come with a charm--there is no place for a charm to be attached, and there is no mention of a charm on the cover. (It is called a "charming classic," however.) Do you think I can post my copy without a charm? Honestly, when I'm swapping for used books, I just want a book in good condition--I'm not looking for anything else. What do you think?
I used to own a set of "Chapter Charmers" (which I swapped on PBS) that came with charms attached. Mine were still attached with I swapped them. Those had an obvious place in the cover where the charm went.
Thanks for your help.
This is from the Help Center under Book Condition Guidelines:
Books that originally had accompanying non-Media materials that are not required to read the book (ie, jewelry) MAY be posted.
That to me sounds like you can post it without the charm, even though the listing says it has one.
