I don't know what you would do, maybe contact PBS and let them know?

There's a paperback copy of Abroad listed on PBS under ISBN 0345813669 You could wishlist that one. Amazon appears to have a different ISBN for Absolutely Nothing to Get Alarmed About, but the reviews for Abroad are attached to the Absolutely Nothing... book, as well as Abroad. Definitely screwed up in Amazon's system.

I did wishlist the paperback. Thanks for finding that one for me. I never thought I would find two books with the same ISBN. UNREAL ;-)

Ideally, each unique edition of a book should have it's own ISBN.  When you add a book to your wish list and the wish list expander comes up, it shows a bunch of versions of the same title with different ISBNs.

In the case mentioned by the OP for ISBN 9780374100360, Ruth pretty much nailed it.  Go down to the bottom right corner of any page, and under "company" click on "contact us".  Use the Feedback option to talk to the Admin Team.  Tell them you would like to add Abroad to your wish list, but that currently there's another (older) title on the listing, Absolutely Nothing to Get Alarmed About.  Tell them there are currently no copies posted, and none wishlisted, and ask them if they could look at the recent history for the listing.  If there hasn't been any activity for the Alarmed title, they may be willing to change it to Abroad.
