I am trying to print my book wrappers with printable postage and Adobe is telling me that the images are corrupted. I have paid for postage on one of my books to mail and I cannot get the wrapper to print. The printable webpage is also not displaying the image. I have not paid for postage on the other book, but I also cannot get that one to download to adobe. It is also corrupted. Anyone else having trouble? There are no Tour guides online and I cannot find a link to actually get any help and at least get my postage back so that I can handwrite these labels. Any suggestions? I have all updated software and I use Firefox as my browser. I also tried in Google. Thanks in advance for any help! Tricia Last Edited on: 7/12/14 9:59 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

I tried multiple browsers. Hopefully it will get resolved later. |

Thanks Gail. Good to know that it is not just me. |

The team is aware that there is an issue and it is being worked on. Thanks for your patience! |

It's apparently fixed, as I just printed off a couple of labels with no problem. I don't use PBS postage so don't know if that was part of the problem, but DC worked fine also. Pat |

The error was only affecting wrappers with DC or Printed Postage. |

The site was down about 6:30 PM MTN Time for maintenance updates, but the problem with the wrapper occurred well before that. It may have been a glitch in the system or perhaps you were trying to print while the site was updating Endicia. (Endicia is the paid service that PBS uses for printable postage.) Occasionally, but not often, there are problems printing wrappers for whatever reason. When you can't print a wrapper, it is worthwhile to step aside for the moment and trying again a bit later. You can also try clearing cache or restarting your browser. These things happen, but are not necessarily a site problem per se My suggestions in situations like this is simply to try again a bit later. I need to get this book out the door because I'm boxing up things because I'm getting ready to paint my office. Any word on when this will be fixed? If it goes past Monday, I'm going to have to cancel the transaction. And yes, I've tried other browsers and cleared cache. Last Edited on: 7/13/14 7:28 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Well unfortunately my request timed out and I lost my postage. I do not want to try the other book with printable postage because I really do not want to lose more money! I am a little disgusted actually. Does anyone know if it is actually working? Last Edited on: 7/13/14 8:59 AM ET - Total times edited: 2 |

I'm having the same problem. I used printable postage, I've been charged, and no picture file for the wrapper. I've tried 3 different browsers, rebooted my computer, and I too am frustrated. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and this person wants their book!! |

If you've lost postage, please let the team know by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page. I'm trying to get details now about the timeline for getting the issue fixed. ETA: The issue has been resolved. NEW transaction wrappers should print fine. Working on fixing those that were corrupted at printing over the last couple of days. Tricia, what Mary said -- if you lost postage because of this, go down to the bottom right corner of any page. Under "company" click on "contact us" and use the Feedback option to let the Admin Team know. Deanne, since you're up against a deadline (your vacation), if it isn't working in a few hours, let the Admin Team know your situation. |

As of Sunday July 13 12:45pm CST the postage printing problem's still not fixed. I've been trying to print postage since early Saturday morning. Have tried different browsers, restarting, all the listed workarounds; no luck. Just in case the admins think it's affecting only the folks above--it's got me too. Madison |

Thanks for the replies. I will contact the PBS team on the postage that was lost. I probably won't print the other one until I get confirmation that it is working. It might time out before then, but at least I won't be out the postage. Thanks again. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. I am sure it is frustrating for them as well.

From the Team: Yes, there were problems with the interface between Endicia and the site yesterday morning. All is working now, but the wrappers that members tried to print during the problem can not be reprinted with postage. That means that members can not reprint using Printable Postage. They can reprint the wrapper without extra services and attach stamps or take them to the post office to apply postage that way. Please ask members to send in a message to Feedback with the title of the book(s) they could not print with Printable Postage, so we can refund their money. Thank you! |

Madison - sounds like you're trying to print a wrapper that was postage during the problem window. You won't be able to reprint with postage. Your only option will be to print a plain wrapper and add stamps or take it to the post office. You can get a refund for the postage that was deducted from your account by contact them team. |
