Elizabeth, you can contact the Admin. Team by going to the bottom of any page, click "Contact Us" under the Company heading and send in feedback. Include the titles and ISBN#'s of the books involved, explain the situation and ask them to cancel the transactions for you. Once this is done, the requesters credits will be returned to them and/or they will resume their former place in line if the books were wishlisted. You will receive a reply by email and not a PM.
