Has the date to go lost always been 26 days? That’s what the librarian help documents say. I thought I’d seen 21 days repeatedly mentioned here in the forums. I’m waiting for recipient to mark a WL book received that PO says was delivered on 5 OCT. I waited in case they were away from home and finally sent a PM with the tracking info a few days ago, but have had no response so it could be an inactive member who didn’t put their WL on hold. |

I think it's always been 26 days. I don't remember it being any shorter. Good Luck. Pat |

Just checked my transaction archive and years ago when books were lost it was 26 days. Can you look at the dates on their books posted, or WL dates, to see if they have any recent activity? I'm assuming no profile. |

Well, at least you know they had a credit or they couldn't have ordered it - auto or otherwise... |

Sooooo, 23 days after the PO says it was delivered (28 days after it was mailed), book was finally marked received, but how do I tell if PBS automatically gave me credit or recipient actually marked it received? |

Normally you can figure that the automated job is the one that marked a book received if it happens on the 26th day after mailing a few minutes after 3:00 AM. Since the system was down then, you probably will not be able to tell with this book. |
