Books I req not there anymore. When I re-req them, they do not show up!

Also, one book someone said they had, but it doesn't show anymore.

Please help.

You mean on your main screen?  They aren't on the Books Enroute To Me Tab?  If they were only copies and timed out or were declined then they would be put on your WL.  If they were onlyl copies and declined for RCS then they would be put on your Reminder List. Then you'd have to turn off your RCS or wait until the other book was requested and more copies were posted.

They're nowhere!  And I looked at every signal  page.

I find it hard to believe that not a one were copies, etc.  I put no less than 15 on my WL!!!!!

Diane - there isn't anything on your WL (just fyi)

Did you look in the transaction archive? Do they show canceled?  Did you check your credit registry?  Does it show credits going out and coming back in?

If they are 1) not on your WL, 2) not under any tabs and 3) not in your transactoin archive, then I  would contact the team.  Contact Us

They can review your account and determine/resolve the problem. 

Yeah no books are showing as being on your WL. 

You didn't accidentally post the ones you wanted on your WL to your Bookshelf for trade, did you?

On your "my account" page, there will be a light blue "Message from the Librarian" box.  Look right below that.  Are there some tabs?
