I can't decide if I have lost my mind, or if I have just had a lapse of memory. I thought under the "My lists" tab of our PBS pages there was a "books to repost" category....I could swear that I used it a few days ago... which brings me to another thought.... I am now on the third member wishing for "magical thinking" by Augusten Burroghs. weird!!

Go to CMT and there is a thread on this where Robert explains what they did. In a nut shell, the books to repost are on your shelf now in a hold status.

Am I totally amnesiac or was there some warning that the TBR list and the Bookshelf were going to be combined?

Change explained in Club Members' Thoughts/You night owls better go look at your book shelves on PBS  (http://www.paperbackswap.com/forum/topic.php?t=102095).

If you want to delete books from your bookshelf, the delete button at the buttom of the page isn't working right now; you have to use the one at the top.

Just so folks (like me) with TBR lists in the large hundreds don't panic, it isn't your TBR list that's been combined with the Bookshelf.  The Books to Repost  list has been combined with the bookshelf.  And if you don't like them combined, it's very easy to delete the Hold books.  Go to the top of the list where it says "View" - Click "Books on Hold" - Click "Mark: All" - Click "Delete" and Voilà your bookshelf is now back to the way it was.

Robert commented on the CMT post on this subject.

He said:

A few of things....

  1. The delete button at the bottom of the page has been fixed.
  2. This change has nothing to do with the WL.
  3. There is an option when you mark a book received, on the survey to remove it from your shelf "hold".
  4. If you have no need to see these books, change the option to only see the "on hold" books and then delete them.
