I have several books from a series (3 from one series, 2 from another, probably a few more) and I'd prefer to send them to the same person...  Is there a way to list them together?  Or would that be something I would do in the Book Bazar?

You would do it in the book bazaar.

If they are a particular genre (such as Paranormal) there is usually a thread in that forum where you can list books you have.  I do that sometimes when I have several from a series that I'd like to keep together and save on postage.

You could add it to your public header and to your signature line, as well.
