1. This book looks like it has never been used. The only thing I'm not sure of is that it has a perforated page (that serves as a study sheet) that is no longer attached to the book. It's meant to be taken out.
Does the fact that the page is no longer attached make the book unpostable?
2.The 2nd. Book was marked with a marker (by the Library) on the outside edge of the pages. This doesn't interfere with the actual pages. They are clear, with no problems.
Does the marker make this one unpostable?

Book #2 is definitely postable. The conditon guidelines state that library books may have marks or stamps on the edges of the book and that it's OK.
Book #1... it depends. Does the text of the book refer to it and require it for use? Or is it just a reminder/cheat sheet that is supplementary? If it's the former, I'd say unpostable. If the latter, postable.
Clear as mud?
