Born O'Hurley was another romp with Nora's characters. They are built from the ground up, so you feel like you have a relationship with them. The O'Hurley's are a fine family with all the standard problems, but manage to find love in the end.
Two classic novels by Nora Roberts...excellent reading, as usual! Love Roberts' series books, and these are about two (Abby and Maddy) of the four O'Hurley children (now grown, of course). Great romance stories about remarkable women. Roberts does it again.
I'm a huge Nora Roberts fan and ran across The O'Hurleys in another one of her trilogies. (I can't remember which one). Of course I had to read more about them! What a fabulous book! You can't help but love them as they silly misfits that they are! A great read!
Great book! Nora Roberts once again brings her characters to life in such stunning detail, that you miss them when the book is finished! After this, I predict you'll be searching for a copy of "O'Hurley's Return, which continues where this one left off in it's drama of this intriguing, wonderful family!
book contains two stories: The Last Honest Woman and Dance to the Piper.
As the widow of an infamous race car champion, Abby O'Hurley shunned publicity. But how could she keep charming, disarming and ruthlessly cynical biographer Dylan Crosby from uncovering her darkest secrets?
Though her name was up in lights Maddy O'Hurley cared nothing for the trappings of stardom. All that mattered was dancing. But Reed Valentine's only passions were wealth and power.. until Maddy engaged themesmerizing mogul in the daring dance of love.
