I love this story and it's one I reread every 2-3 years. It's in 1st person, which is my preference, and it's the story of Luna who is full of a sort of envy/admiration for her best friend, Wren. Wren is one of those people who seems to have everything - beauty, intelligence, personality. And when Wren suddenly dies in an accident, things fall into place for Luna, who is going through a personal crisis as well as grief, to accept a job offer that just arrived for Wren from another city. She moves to that city and pretends to be Wren, with Wren's almost charmed life.

This book is funny and poignant and Luna-Wren is such an endearing character that I very much identified with.
