So I had this book wishlisted and then I just bought it because I figured I would die before I got it. I didn't just buy the one I bought 3 of her books I started reading it and it is really good.
That is why there are so many people wishing it because nobody wants to get rid of their copy. I highly suggest everyone who wants to improve their weight, physical condition, and eating habits should look into this book.
Even if you don't buy the book you can go to her website and learn some of the stuff that she teaches.
