I sent the books. I never received my books and when I check if says the person was no longer a member so I am guessing I won't. My question is how do I get this box of books swap off my open page? Do I need to do something special to close it out? Do I have to tell them I received them so it will take it off this page? Does anybody have thoughts on this?

Contact the site using the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the page. Tell them the circumstances of the BoB and ask them to remove it. I wouldn't mark it received, I'd want the bad trans in their history in case they try to come back. If he/she got the boot, maybe PBS confiscated some credits that they are using to cover some of the bad transactions.

Thanks, that's what another suggested also. I did it today, now I'll wait to see what they tell me. I was just hoping someone new the quick fast cure. :)
