They can only be traced if she used DC when she sent them.  But event hat doesn't always help.  I had a book go lost enroute to me recently.  The DC says it was delivered on 1/8 but I haven't gotten the book.  Im assuming at this point that it was misdelivered. 

There's not much that can be done with lost books for BOB.  You can either take her up onher offer to send you different books or just let it go.
