I am having problems with BoB again.  Last week (or whenever it was when everyone else seemed to be having BoB problems) I mailed out a bunch of books, but at that time since it was having problems, I couldn't mark them as mailed.  Now that its a week later, for some of the boxes that I've already accepted, I can't mark them as mailed (the only options it gives me are to PM that person or reprint their address).  Is there any way to fix this?

Did you try reprinting their address and see if the mailed box comes up then?

Try refreshing your browser, clearing your cookies, and deleting your temporary internet files. This could make a difference.

Thanks for the replies.  I tried those but they didn't work.

I e-mailed Tech support last night and they fixed it =)
