I am having problems with BoB again. Last week (or whenever it was when everyone else seemed to be having BoB problems) I mailed out a bunch of books, but at that time since it was having problems, I couldn't mark them as mailed. Now that its a week later, for some of the boxes that I've already accepted, I can't mark them as mailed (the only options it gives me are to PM that person or reprint their address). Is there any way to fix this? |

Did you try reprinting their address and see if the mailed box comes up then? |

Try refreshing your browser, clearing your cookies, and deleting your temporary internet files. This could make a difference. |

Thanks for the replies. I tried those but they didn't work. I e-mailed Tech support last night and they fixed it =) |
