This book was very cute - perhape a bit on the cheeky side. It is written in the style of e-mails, IM's and diary entries, and totally satisfied my guilty pleasure of secretly reading other's E-mails!! Plus it takes place in Italy. Voila!

Still intriguing but trite and annoyingly predictable ending. The plot of wedding abroad, however, is quite funny.

Very similar to "Boy meets Girl" and "The boy next door". If you liked those, you'll like this one. The ending was predictable, but a very fast read. Typical chick-lit.

A good book, not one of my favorties of Meg's. I liked The Boy Next Door a bit better, as this one, it had journal entries instead of just emails, and the journal entries seemed to take away from the story line and the book just a little bit. The entries also seemed to drag out in spots. But still a good readable, funny book.

My favorite Meg Cabot book ever! Read it in less than a week and left on my own I could have finished within two days. Very quick read and would definitely read it several times over.

This was my favorite in the Boy Next Door series. I really liked the style of all 3 books. Very fast reads and fun! I really liked the story line of this one. After reading it, I read the author notes and it is based on her own wedding experience. If you are in the mood for a quick, fun, and light read, this is it. I hope Meg writes more books in this style, I would definitly pick them up.

I was so disappointed in this book. Throughout the story Cal is a jerk, especially when he goes on and on about how love is just an illusion created by chemical reactions. Not exactly a sentiment I look for in romantic comedies. Jane is childish and blabbers on about inane, unimportant things far too often. About half the book could have been removed without affecting the actual storyline.

The last fifty pages or so felt very rushed. It was like the author had run out of time or space and just had to wrap things up. Jane and Cal, as well as Holly and Mark's families, change their minds in pretty much a sentence without any real reason or justification for the turn around.

I had loved Meg Cabot's The Boy Next Door and had been excited to have a great new author to read. After Boy Meets Girl, I was disappointed but had hoped this book would bring back the warm feelings I had once about Meg Cabot's books. After this one though, I'm done.

I liked the style it was written in and parts were laugh out loud funny, but overall I was disappointed. The ending seemed rushed and too many characters did a personality 180.

This book was a quick, easy read for me. It is a great weekend read as it moves quickly and humorously thru the story. Several times I even laughed out loud!

Love this book and the others in the boy series!!! The email style of writing is so great! You can read in short bursts if needed, but you won't want to. I found myself thinking I had only read a couple of pages but had actually read 20-30. Great writing style with a story that grabs you and won't let go.

Excellent read! I love Meg Cabot's writing. It's like she shouldn't even bother to use punctuation. It's like talking to a really good friend who's living a way more eventfull life! I read this one is one day, and I'm not usually one to pick up a book and finish it so quickly.

Characters not very likable, romance not very convincing. E-mail/Journal format interesting but a bit distracting at times.

Cartoonist Jane Harris is delighted by the prospect of her first-ever trip to Europe. But it's hate at first sight for Jane and Cal Langdon, and neither is too happy at the prospect of sharing a villa with one another for a week-not even in the beautiful and picturesque Le Marche countryside. But when Holly and Mark's wedding plans hit a major snag that only Jane and Cal can repair, the two find themselves having to put aside their mutual dislike for one another in order to get their best friends on the road to wedded bliss-and end up on a road themselves...one neither of them ever expected.

I always give books 100 pages. I began to read this series and it started out with an email. I started to read and I found the whole book was email correspondences back and forth. It may be a great book and series but reading emails in a book form is not for me.
