This book jumps around a lot but once you start following all the players, it is a very good story. I will continue to follow this series.

Excellent story line, full of twists and tunrs. You never really know who the good guy is!

Good fast paced fantasy. Would recommend.
Fast, easy, fun read. Haven't read the subsequent volumes yet (on order) but looking forward to more.

Character driven with a good story line. It moves along well without bogging down in the "how do I stretch this to 4 volumes" trap. A good mix of characters, some of whom are not all they seem and several other surprises along the way. You will want to read all 4 books. Briar King, Blood Knight, Charnel Prince and Born Queen.
