Thinking woman's beach lit! It's a mix of a good romance novel with suspense and caper details mixed in. Glamorous and funny, it's smart enough to keep you engaged but not so challenging that you can't set it down to refresh your drink, dip in the water, take a nap and come back to it. Just what you need during the hot summer (or cold winter, curled up by the fire, for that matter).

After I checked reality at the door, I totally enjoyed this book! I've always wondered what would it be like to be swept off my feet, be a mistress of a millionaire and life the life of luxury. Oh yes, she's a noted cat burglar, too. A fun read!

Love her books. Plots are fun, in wonderful locations, with incredible disguises to "lift" spectacular jewels right under everyone's eyes. Have read them all and wish there were more.

At first I was not impressed by the character of Kick but after a few chapters I was hooked...it was a very fun romp of a book and it leaves you wanting to read the next book...the characters and scenes are very well written and having lived in London for many years before I moved to the US I found myself hankeing for the rainy streets

I really enjoyed this book! I couldn't wait to see what would happen, and how Kick would handle things. Kick is an intriguing character and I enjoy the way Kellogg writes about her. Fun and clever!
