I have a question about the buddy list. I set mine to accept anyone who makes the request. An individual who I did not know appeared on my buddy list. Not a problem until she made a questionable post to one of the forums. So I deleted her from my list. Well she's baaaaack. I don't really have a problem with her being on my list even though there's no reason for her to be there, but my question, after this whole convoluted explantation, is can you permanently delete a single individual or do you have to set up your buddy list so that each person must be accepted individually?  Thanks

I can see no other way but to have it all or nothing. Either you auto accept all, or you manually accept all. I see nothing to indicate you can permanently deny and individual and stay on auto accept for others. That would probably be nice, but probably not going to happen. Sorry you are having this problem.

Thanks, Sherry. That's pretty much what I figured. No big deal.

The only thing you can really do is leave the request in limbo (don't accept or ignore).  That way the person will not be able to keep requesting.

If you have it set on auto-accept, there's no limbo.  Not even any purgatory! :-)

You're right Patty - don't know what I was thinking.  Duh!  :)

Really, in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter who your buddies are.  If you're concerned about the info you have available, just make that person a "lite" buddy.

Really I don't care at all. I just wondered why anyone who I don't know at all would  even want to be on my buddy list.  And why they would readd themselves when they had been deleted the first time.
