Burton Evan Rocks (June 25, 1972), born in New York, New York, is an American writer, producer and sports attorney/agent. He is the co-author of the New York Times bestselling book Me and My Dad: A Baseball Memoirs. Co-authored with New York Yankees outfielder Paul O'Neill, it details O'Neill's relationship with his dad and how they bonded over baseball. The book made the New York Times bestseller list June 29, 2003 and was given critical acclaim by Andrea Cooper, the New York Times book review as well as actor Billy Crystal,. Rocks has collaborated on books with noted sports personalities Clyde King, Bob Feller, Andy North, Carl Erskine , and Steve Lyons, and has collaborated with celebrated actor Jack Klugman on his memoirs.. The book celebrated the friendship, both on and off camera, that Klugman shared with actor Tony Randall.Produced the Jim Bouton charity roast at the Friars ClubA sports agent with his own boutique sports agency, Burton Rocks LTD, Burton represents MLB and NFL coaches and broadcasters.
