I send out a lot of books outside PBS and have been looking into buying postage online.

Is there any service similar to endicia.com that doesn't require a monthly fee?

You can buy postage from paypal and just have to pay the .19 DC fee.  All onliine postage requires DC.  You can also buy postage right from the post office website.

If you want stamps, try USPS.COM     I love their service and it's FREE!

USPS.com is the best for Priority Mail, but you can't use them for first class or media mail. They offer discounted prices and do not charge any fees.
