FRANKLIN RUNS AWAY ~ this book is still in good condition, it has two creases on the last page and back cover.

FRANKLIN'S SECRET CLUB ~  this book is still in readable shape. it has it has light water damage and creases.

FRANKLIN PLANTS A TREE. ~ this book is in good condition. this book has light indentations from where someone had a piece of paper on top of the book and they wrote too hard. there is no pencil, marker or pen on it. just light indentations.
