6 MED. CUBED STEAKS. 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED, 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, WATER, SALT AND PEPPER. FLOUR EACH STEAK AND FRY IN SKILLET TILL BROWN. SALT AND PEPPER STEAKS AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH. SPREAD SOUP OVER EACH STEAK AND ADD ONIONS. ALMOST COVER WITH WATER AND BAKE AT 325 TILL TENDER, ABOUT 2 HOURS.
