Welcome to PBS!

Credits are basically the "money" for PBS.  Credits are used to "buy" books.  You earn a credit when someone orders a book from you & you mail your book to that person.  Then you can use your credit to order a book from someone else.

You can buy credits from PBS or from other members if you wish also if you don't want to wait for your books to get ordered.

If you hold your mouse over Help Center in the menu your first option will be How to Swap Books? That would be a good place to start. The second is Browse Help Docs and you should browse the 2nd through the 5th sections of that at least before starting to swap. It will provide important information on swapping like what credits are, what they get you, how to request books, what condition books required to be in to be posted here, and how to send books when you get requests.

There are more than a few folks who sign up but wait awhile before truly beginning their life as Swappers. Better late than never!

I recommend spending some time reading the help docs. A lot of stuff has changed since 2007.

Guess I'll say welcome back Dave!  And also recommend you check out the Help Documents, lots of good info there.  If you have specific questions afterwards, we're always glad to help.

Welcome!  And looks to me as if you just posted your first books this month smiley

Edited because I'm not too bright today...  (Today?)

If you just posted your first books, the credits you see may be the free signup credits the site gives you when you post your first 10 books.
