Baxter Black writes absolutely hilarious, and at the same time gently endearing, prose and poetry. He is NPR's "cowboy poet." This is one of his best!

Great read! Lots of humor and common sense. Even if you're not a cowboy, this book would be fun!

Collection of Black's commentaries originally aired on PBS. Great fun, with several laugh-out-loud pieces.
