I don't see a thread like this, so I decided to start one :)

It's always so difficult to find someone that boxes the same types of books you like to box, so post here what kind of books you enjoy, and what kind your shelf has, so other people can find you!  I hate to not get a good years worth of boxing going, and I'm sure you all feel the same :)

-Jenni

I have all kinds of stuff.  Except for just a few books, it's all romance, but there's paranormal, historicals, time travel, a few Harlequins, contemporaries, some chick lit, etc.  I don't buy anything but the historicals new, but everywhere else I find bargain books, I pick up anything that looks interesting, or by names I recognize, even though I may not read them.  In other words, I get things specifically for my PBS shelf to balance it out a little.

My shelf contains romance - both historical and contempory, the little series books I'm dying to get out of my house b/c a friend ofted them on me and I can't refuse any book.a home. :)  Except for the harlequin historicals.  There's also some fantasy, horror, children's and general fiction.

I read almost exclusively historical anything, this includes romance.  I do read paranormals and it's about the only contemporary that intriques me.  I'm still trying to catch up on my tbr shelf and more gets added as I work my way through it, this includes historical romance, paranormal, fantasy and children's books my son outgrows or shows no interest in.

If this makes no sense, I apologize - it's been a long day, lol.

I read a little of everything and have a little of everything, although I've been interested mainly in romance and urban fantasy lately. On my shelf I have romance, fantasy, historical, mystery, horror, suspense. I'll also consider an unequal trade as long as there are some interesting titles on your shelf.

Although I have BoB turned off currently, if you see anything you like on my shelf, send me a PM and we'll work something out.   Everything on my shelf is romance and looking for pretty much of the same thing.

Looking to trade with another boxer for some small harlequins.  In other words.... my small books for your small books.   Lets clear our shelves!

I would really love to get back into boxing but I have hardly any books posted and this move.  So I packed mostly non-WL books for the move.  I have 5 days here w/no TV and limited computer access.  Then 7-10days on the road and 2wks at my MIL's.  Also probably a week in the new house before the Satellite is hooked up.  Lots of reading time to look forward to :-) Of course the spine snapped on like 3 of the books I've read and they are no longer postable.  I'm thinking about switching to hardbacks.

I have a lot of children's books that my son has outgrown (age 12 and under) and I'm looking for Romance books-preferably historical or Regency but I'm open to any kind. Looking for some box trades so if you have time please visit my shelf. TIA

I just rejoined BOB last night and already negotiated 3 boxes.  I have a small shelf with a few kids books, a couple mysteries and some romance.  My TBR is mostly romance but I never seem to be able to read anythign for myshelf. Everything is WL or games.

I don't see me getting BOB again anytime soon, just because when I let it expire, I was turning down pretty much every offer I got.  There's just not a lot of what I want to read already available in the system; most of my orders are for WL books, so BOB doesn't do all that much for me at this point.  Occasionally somebody will recommend a book or an author that I can order right away, but it doesn't happen all that often anymore.

I have on my shelf and am always looking for new of the same or different as long as it's a good book I'm in

Romance--any and all

Mystery/Thriller

My favorite author is Jude Deveraux but do not have any of her books on my shelf as I collect and keep them.

I am currently trying to locate Christina Dodd books, am very interested in all her series.  Would be willing to box or wheel and deal, let me know if anyone is interested.  I have sent out several box requests but have not heard back from everyone as of yet.

Can anyone suggest another great author or series always open to someone new?

Thanks

Susie
