Very helpful if you have problems with anxiety. The book presents mindfulness meditation as the main tool to help you with your anxiety problems. It is written in a down-to-earth, easy-to-read manner. Not too heavy on the theoretical -- rather, he focuses on practical, simple procedures you can do to see almost immediate results.
