I ordered a book and it has been marked mailed, right now it is in my "on route to me" section.
But I got a PM from the sender saying they accidentally marked it mailed and they can't mail the book and I should cancel it.
What should I do?
The sender will have to send in feedback to the team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and ask them to cancel the transaction. Neither of you can cancel it at this point.
Requestor can cancel:
Anytime from time of placing order up until the time Sender prints out a wrapper label.
Sender can cancel:
Anytime from time of order arriving for acceptance up until the time the request is marked as Mailed.
Once a transaction has been marked as Mailed, only the site administrators will be able to cancel the transaction. Neither Requestor nor Sender can cancel once the transaction is in Mailed status.
