Once the books are accepted but label not printed how can I cancel?? I ordered from someone offering a deal. Now she can't find some of the books but she has already accepted the ones that I did order. I know if she cancels they will go to someone else and I don';t want that to happen.

If the wrapper has not been printed, then there is a Cancel button on your My Account page. If you cancel, the requests will not be forwarded on to other senders. If there is no Cancel button there, then it means that the sender has already looked at your address, even if she didn't print it. If that's the case, then she needs to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen to ask the PBS Team to cancel the transactions on your behalf. She should not cancel herself, because tht will forward the requests along. |

Yuppers, if you can still cancel, there is a button to do so. If the transaction has progressed too far, the sender needs to contact TPTB. She will also have a 'cancel' button until the books are marked mailed, but as already stated that option will roll the order(s) over to another member(s) offering the book. |
