Somebody requested a book from me and I printed the label and then by mistake I marked it mailed.  So I went to wrap the book and mail it but realized that the book has had the cover wripped to shreds since I posted it.

Is there a way to cancel a transaction after it's been marked mailed?

Kevin, you'll have to send in Feedback at this point and ask for help canceling. 

You can do that by following Contact Us link at the bottom of the page or from the Help Center (there is a "contact the PBS Team" link there, too)

Kevin,

Send a message via the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page on the site. This way they won't lose their place in the FIFO line and will still be the first to get it from someone else. By marking it received or lost or anything but what it is, an honest mistake, their and your recorded transactions will not be accurate.
