Having just lost my brother to cancer this week, Fran made me aware of how difficult the struggle is in this book. Who doesn't love Fran Drescher and to see her as a normal person dealing with a life threatening event makes me feel closer to her. She doesn't pull any punches in this book. It's down to earth.
Greatly moving, inspiring and even funny read about Fran Drescher's battle with cancer, the end of her marriage and her tv show, the Nanny. You will laugh and cry! An excellent and fast paced book!
What wonderful book! If you have ever read her earlier book, Enter Whining, you will be amazed at how much she has matured since then.
Loved the book-great read.Fran tells it like it is.What a shame that there are lots of people who DON"T get dx quickly.
Fran Drescher at her best and most poignant. Her battle with cancer and how she overcame it.
The book was really good!
didnt find it that funny but it could be a wake up call for some of us
This is a GREAT book. If you have cancer or are a caregiver this book is a must read. You will that someone else is thinking what you have been. Feel what you have been. It will let you know you are not alone.
I so enjoyed this book--her books are funny, poignant and always quick to read. Hope she has another book in her!
wonderful!!! I recommend this to everyone.
What a strong woman Fran Drescher is. I read this after my bout with colon cancer and it really impowered me.
I very good read.
I received this book from another member. I couldn't put it down. I finished reading it in one night.
Funny and inspiring read.
Boy, has she been through a lot. It is truly an eye opener regarding all she went through just trying to get the right diagnosis! A quick read.
Really good book. I would recomend this book to anyone who has been through a cancer diagnosis.
Very interesting story.
This was a good book. I am a huge fan of Fran Drescher and to read her personal story was very inspirational.
Full of narcissistic thoughts, and too much detail.
WAY too much detail.
Why do super stars think they know it all?
