This book was not what I expected.I had been moving alon in fantasy mode and had to take a downshift to get into the rythem of this book.Once I got going, it moved alon an interesting story with Asian undertones.It might have helped if I had realized before that this was the second in a trilogy, but it did not hamper my understanding.
