Gary Soneji is back, and determined to get revenge on psychologist-detective Alex Cross. As if Soneji isn't enough for Cross to deal with, he's also drawn into the case of a mysterious serial killer known only as Mr. Smith who may be even more clever and dangerous than Soneji. More of Patterson's trademark twists and turns, and I promise you won't be able to outguess Patterson as he weaves this tale of international murder that only Alex Cross can unravel.
