Reads more like a movie than a book, moves fast, little to no character development, a quick read - read it in an afternoon. Interesting if you like the conspiracy theory, mild sci-fi influenced, somewhat fact-based scary dystopian society type of story. There's better books out there, this one is slightly more than a short story, but still a good read if you are into this sort of thing. It is true that some of the things he covers in the book have already really happened, so it's worth pondering the consequences.
