How do you change the check mark in the transaction archive? I received a book that was listed (and I ordered) as a hardcover, and the person sent a paperback. When I marked it received, I marked it "RWAP" and "Sent wrong book." When I look in the TA, it shows a green check mark and "Successfully completed transaction." There's no place to change it (that I can see). I've seen comments about "check back in a week and note that the sender did not respond" (I sent her an email about it). I'd like this to be noted on the sender's TA as a problem, but I can't see where to do it. Thanks.

you can't change it...that is set by the system.

Oh, I saw somewhere someone else was saying that if the sender (of a problem issue) had not resolved a transaction, to go in and say "Still not resolved." Why did it give me a green check mark then, if it was an error? It was not a successfully completed transaction.

It should be a red check mark if it was marked RWAP. I'd contact PBS if it's a green mark, but was definitely marked RWAP.

Eh, I don't see a place to do it. When I sort my transactions by "wrong book" it shows zero. So, maybe the "sender" complained or something, that I marked it and they changed it for her? I don't see anywhere to contact PBS except their general feedback link, there isn't anything else on the transaction archive or the transaction itself (like "report this" or "contact us about this" type of thing). It's just a big green check mark. Oh well, I'm gonna let it go.

was the problem resolved?  maybe that is why it is green?

If you do decide to contact PBS to find out what happened just use the "contact us" at the bottom of the page & then "send us feedback". They're always very nice & helpful.

I don't think it was resolved... I mean, I never heard from the sender again, or got the hardcover she listed it as. So, no, not resolved. If only it was as easy as asking PBS forum people! :-)

This does sound like a system error.  If a transaction is marked RWAP, the check mark should be red and will stay red even after the problem is marked resolved by the receiver (at least that's the way it looks in my TA on the problem transaction that I marked successfully resolved).  You should notify PBS as suggested above.
